Drop us an email with your order number and a short explanation for why you'd like to return your purchase. We'll organise a return label for you to print and attach to the box then either drop into your local post office or we can arrange a courier collection if necessary.
If your item arrives damaged we have you covered! Just contact our Customer Happiness team at sales@artistguitars.co.uk and we'll arrange a return and replacement for you as soon as possible.
Our UK operation is run by our using a 3rd party warehouse in Daventry. Northhamptonshire. Being a 3rd party this is not open to the public.

We sell direct to consumer! This helps us keep the cost of our products as low as possible and we pass those savings into our customers which is why our guitars are unbeatable value.
This Hard Case will fit a Jumbo Guitar and keep it safe and sound, It has a sturdy wooden construction with a lockable Latch (the key is inside the case). It has a great little compartment for all your accessories and spare strings.
This is designed to fit the J200, E4, and similar large jumbo models. It is suitable for Epiphone models which have a longer headstock. If you're not sure if your model will fit just let us know the brand and model and we can check it for you.
