Orders are dispatched super fast from our East Sussex warehouse. Visit our Shipping Page for detailed delivery times to your area.
Drop us an email with your order number and a short explanation for why you'd like to return your purchase. We'll organise a return label for you to print and attach to the box then either drop into your local post office or we can arrange a courier collection if necessary.
If your item arrives damaged we have you covered! Just contact our Customer Happiness team at sales@artistguitars.co.uk and we'll arrange a return and replacement for you as soon as possible.
Our UK operation is run using a 3rd party warehouse located in Daventry, Northhamtonshire. Being a 3PL this is not open to the public.

The Artist ASDIY Kit gives you the hands-on experience of building and personalising your very own electric guitar from the ground up. Featuring an unfinished solid poplar body and an unsealed maple neck with an eco-rosewood fretboard, this kit provides a clean slate to apply your choice of stain, paint, or custom lacquer finish.
