How to Get an Item Repaired or Fixed
Most issues with products can be solved by contacting customer support to troubleshoot the issue. If it's something we can't help you fix yourself then you're welcome to return for repair or replacement.
If you have any issues with your purchase as a result of damage in transit, or faulty construction, let us know immediately so that we can assess your situation and determine the best course of action. All non-consumable products are covered by our 3 year warranty so returns are quick, easy and free.
It's easy to request a return by emailing us at email@example.com with a few details:
- Invoice number (starts with AGUK...) or the email address you used for your order.
- Brief description of the fault
- Whether you would like a repair, replacement or a refund
We'll get straight back to you with your free returns label and instructions on how to go about returning the item to us.
